Embodied Reclamation is a six-week guided somatic journey for women who have tried to think their way to healing, and are now ready to come back into relationship with their bodies, emotions, and inner world.
Through gentle movement, simple daily practices, and supported group spaces, we learn how to listen to the body, calm the nervous system, and rebuild self-trust — without forcing, fixing, or bypassing what’s real.

WHat is somatic healing?
Somatic healing recognises that many of our patterns — anxiety, shutdown, people-pleasing, overthinking, exhaustion — are not problems of willpower or mindset. They are intelligent responses shaped by our nervous system over time.
In this work, we gently build the capacity to notice what’s happening inside us, without rushing to change it.
We learn how to stay present with sensation, emotion, and impulse — so the body no longer has to shout to be heard.
This is not about digging into trauma or reliving the past.
It is about learning how to be with yourself now, in a way that restores choice, agency, and trust.
You do not need to understand the theory to benefit from the practice.
You only need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to arrive as you are.

What to expect
The cadence of the journey
beginning wednesday 4th march

Wednesday 7:00 pm (90 - 120 minutes)
Live gathering for our core teaching and embodied exploration.
These sessions introduce the theme of the week and offer guided practice, reflection, and space to land together.

Thursday 7:30 am (20 - 30 minutes)
Live devotional practice connected to the week’s theme.
This practice becomes your anchor for the days that follow — something simple and repeatable that you return to daily throughout the week, allowing the felt-sense truth of the practise to integrate.

Every other Sunday 8:00 pm (60 minutes)
Live Integration + Q&A Circle.
These sessions are slower and more relational, offering space to digest what’s unfolding, to be witnessed, and to make meaning together. Sharing is always optional and listening to hold each other is part of the healing process.

In weeks 3 and 4, you’ll be invited to book one private 1-hour online integration session with Giordan, held on a Friday.
This is a personal space to integrate what’s unfolding for you, receive tailored support, and ensure the work lands safely and sustainably in your body and life.

Throughout the six weeks, you’ll have access to a shared group space for connection + integration.

Each week is supported with simple prompts and reminders to help the work weave naturally into your everyday life.

Recordings of every session are available, however this journey is designed to be experienced live as much as possible.
Showing up — even imperfectly — is part of the practice of self-trust we are cultivating together.

What this journey supports over time
This journey is not about fixing you or creating a dramatic before-and-after.
What it offers is something subtle yet far more sustainable.
As this work integrates, many women notice that they spend less time stuck in their heads and more time present in their bodies.
They begin to recognise stress, anxiety, or shutdown earlier, and respond with care rather than pushing through until burnout.
You may find it easier to rest without guilt, to feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them, and to trust your inner signals instead of overriding them.
Over time, this often shows up as clearer boundaries, greater self-trust, and a steadier relationship with yourself in everyday life.
Perhaps most tangibly, you leave with practices, language, and a deep, embodied understanding you can return to — long after the six weeks end — so you are no longer starting from scratch each time life gets intense.
