Through embodied practices, movement, and being alongside other women, this becomes something you can come back to when you feel disconnected… when things feel stuck… when you’re not quite yourself.

A place where you can feel what’s going on in your body, let things move, and find your way back, without pressure and without needing to get it right.

What to expect

The rhythm of the embodied return

  • 2nd Thursday of every month
    8:00–9:15 pm

    A slow, grounding practice to soften tension, regulate your nervous system, and come back into your body through stillness and gentle movement.

  • 2nd Sunday of each month
    9:00-10:15 am

    A devotional morning practice rooted in ritual and presence, followed by satsang—space to share, reflect, and be in community with other women.

  • 4th Thursday of every month
    8:00–9:15 pm

    A guided movement and breath journey weaving somatic awareness, non-dual philosophy, and embodied anatomy to support deeper presence and expression.

  • This space moves in cycles, just like we do…

  • A collection of yoga, somatic practices, sadhanas, and embodied journeys you can return to anytime you need support, grounding, or reconnection.

  • A place to share, witness, and connect with other women walking their own path of return—without performance, pressure, or expectation.

  • Occasional additional practices, teachings, and explorations that emerge naturally with the rhythm of the space and the season.

    For example sessions deities, storytelling and offerings from community members.

What this journey supports over time:

Feeling more like yourself again. A gradual return to feeling present, in tune, and more at home in yourself.

A softer inner relationship. Less self-criticism. More kindness. More space to meet yourself without judgement.

Reconnection between mind and body. A growing sense of integration, learning to listen to your body and trust what it’s telling you.

Emotional release and softening. What feels stuck begins to move, through expression, movement, and embodied awareness.

Feeling held in your wholeness. Less pressure to perform or fix yourself. More experience of being met as you are.

Deeper belonging and connection. A sense of community that feels real, grounding, and unexpectedly supportive.

A place you can return to. Somewhere you can come back to whenever you feel disconnected or not quite yourself.

It feels like coming home to yourself. Honouring yourself whilst being held by other women on their own journeys. It is safe to be held and seen and it is such a beautiful thing.
